1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the design training services provided by inktank GmbH (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to children (“students”) and their parents or legal guardians (“you,” “your”). By booking our training sessions, you agree to comply with these terms. Parents or legal guardians must provide consent on behalf of the child.

2. Training Services

We offer personalized design training for children, focusing on developing sketching, creativity, and design skills. Services include:

• Workshops: Short-term, intensive sessions designed to teach core design concepts.
• Long-Term Programs: Structured programs with weekly sessions for ongoing skill development.
• Individual or Group Training: Sessions tailored to the needs of individual students or small groups.

All training is conducted online in a secure environment to ensure the child’s safety and privacy.

3. Booking and Parental Consent

• All training sessions must be booked by a parent or legal guardian.
• Parental consent is required before a child can participate in any training.
• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of parental consent and payment.

4. Payment Terms

• Pricing is discussed during the consultation and provided before booking.
• Payments are processed through Stripe using the parent’s billing information.
• Full payment is required before the start of the training unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may result in the cancellation of scheduled sessions.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

• Training schedules are flexible but subject to availability.
• Parents may reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours’ notice at no extra cost.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session may incur a cancellation fee.
• If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide alternative dates.

6. Child Safety and Supervision

• All online sessions are conducted in a safe and age-appropriate environment.
• Children must have parental supervision or awareness during online sessions.
• Communication with children is limited to the context of training sessions, with no unsolicited contact.

7. Intellectual Property

• All training materials, including videos, documents, and resources, are for personal use only.
• Students may not share, reproduce, or distribute training materials without our written permission.
• Any artwork or designs created by students during training remain their property.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

• We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Personal data collected includes the child’s name, age, and information shared during training, as well as the parent’s contact and billing details.
• Data is stored securely and retained for one year unless legal requirements mandate otherwise.
• We share data only with Stripe for payment processing and do not use children’s data for marketing or analytics.

9. Code of Conduct

• Students are expected to behave respectfully during all sessions.
• Disruptive behavior may result in a warning or removal from the session.
• We promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

10. Liability Disclaimer

• Our training is designed to support children’s creative development but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
• We are not responsible for any technical issues related to the child’s device, software, or internet connection.
• Parents are responsible for ensuring that their child’s participation is appropriate and safe.

11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Any significant changes will be communicated to parents via email.
